Very helpful staff and had tenor sax things that we needed. Price was a little high for the Ligature based on what I see online. But mouthpiece was priced well.

I went to another music store first to purchase a guitar. After 3 visits, I never had my questions answered, and felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to. I always felt rushed, and the store was loud. My husband suggested we try Willis Music. When I walked in, the store was quiet, yet busy. We were greeted by Rick, and he proceeded to answer all my questions, demonstrated several guitars, and helped me find the right size. He gave me recommendations, without pressure or a rushed feeling. I purchased a guitar, and am extremely happy with the great customer service and the instrument. I'll never go anywhere else.

It was really nice and helpful. He tried to help me figure out the different guitars. confused about savings listed on receipt and even though warranty stated verbally, nothing on receipt about warranty.
